The bolt pattern yields 48 possible configurations just by moving the armrest. The Ergo is compatible with all current aerobars and earlier models that used the F-19, F-22, F-35 or F-40 armrests.
Rotating the pad 180˚ alters the reach offset by 7.5mm - the smallest increments of any aerobar that doesn’t have sliding parts
Swapping the pads from ones side to the other changes the width by 9.5mm per side for a total change in pad width of 18.5mm.
