Brasshards Cupress 32mm 1 ¼ " 4GPC032 gas copper press straight coupling DN32 crimp socket union is compatible with all popular press tools and their copper press systems such as Viega, Connex Banninger B Press and Kembla Kempress.

The Brasshards Cupress copper straight coupling features a lip at either end of the fitting. The lips help align the actual press areas along the copper pipes and provide extra sealing material when pressed. The yellow sealing ring is made of HNBR O-ring for gas applications suitable for both LPG bottles and NG pipes.

With all Brasshards Cupress copper press straight couplings, there is an inbuilt stopper at the center of the fitting to help stop the copper pipe sliding through. This feature prevents the copper pipe going too deep at one end of the coupling and ensures sufficient copper pipe length can be inserted at the other end of the coupling. This design is in contrast to a slip repair servicing coupling, which has no stopper and can slide over a copper pipe. 

The Brasshards Cupress copper press fittings have a slug fit over the copper pipes and will remain in place until the press tool is applied, allowing easy installations and adjustments. Once pressed and secured by the correct press tool, the fitting will not dent or deform the internal copper to ensure unhindered gas flow. These features have made the Brasshards copper press systems a faster and safer connections to conventional compression or capillary systems.
