My gourmet mix currently includes nutty red, crunchy blue, tender white and buttery yellow and sometimes luscious black. That's right, each kernel variety adds its own sumptuous flavor and texture while popping up in shades of yellow and white and in various sizes. Kettle-cook it, hot air pop it or microwave it, this mix is the most delicious I have ever found as I make sure to include just the right ratio of each variety. It's the same mix I use for all of my popped flavors! Each bag is resealable and yummiest when popped within a year.
