The HD ATS pump is redesigned to withstand increased pressures over stock in excess of 200 and up PSI by installing a high pressure bushing material for the center pump gear to ride in and bushings to support the two idler gears.
These modifications not only ensure reliability but they also allow the pump to build more pressure across the RPM range be reducing hydraulic leaks. The Pressure regulator valve assembly and Lock up valve assembly is also reworked to promote proper function and durability.
