The Three Agaves

• Espadín — the genetic mother of Blue Weber Agave and the predominant agave in mezcal production. Delivers wet earth, rich smokiness on the mid-palate, and a wildflower finish.
• Barril — a thick-foliaged wild agave traditionally used as fencing in Oaxaca. Introduces citrus, floral notes, and hints of green pepper on the nose with a creamy banana palate.
• 🌺 Mexicano — a wild agave harvested near 10 years of age in moist, lower-elevation environments. Produces a powerful, distinctively herbaceous and earthy mezcal with a long, lasting finish.
