This comprehensive vitamin and mineral formula also includes a full 400 IU of immune-supporting vitamin D, calcium, and an herbal blend of antioxidant astaxanthin, immune-supporting elderberry, digestion-promoting anise, calming chamomile, and rose hips for extra vitamin C. This vitamin and mineral formula comes in a tasty fruit juice and whole food base that's easy to drink straight or mix into smoothies or juice.
Recommended Dosage: Children & Adolescents (4-13 years): Take 1/2 serving (10 ml) once daily. Adolescents 14 and over: Take 1 serving (20 ml) once daily.
