Folgende Prüfungen werden im Herstellungsverfahren durchgeführt:

    aus laufender Produktion werden Stichproben für Bruchbelastungen durchgeführt
  • Prüfkraft
    Prüfbelastung für jedes Anschlagseil und Kettenglied bis zur 2,5fachen Tragfähigkeit.
  • Bruchdehnung
    Die GK8 Anschlagkette in blanker Ausführung muss sich vor dem Bruch um mindestens 20% dehnen
  • Dauerprüfungen
    mit Dauerschwingversuchen wird regelmässig - auch für die schwierigsten Einsatzfälle - die Lebensdauer der Anschlagketten und Bauteile ermittelt
  • CE-Konformität
    Alle GK8 Anschlagketten sind hergestellt und geprüft nach den Standards der DIN EN 818-2 und den Maschinenrichtlinien
