BMW verwendet für die Ladedruckverrohrung zwischen LLK und Drosselklappe Kunststoffrohre, welche dazu neigen aufzuplatzen. Dies kann im schlimmsten Fall durch angesaugte Plastikteile sogar Schäden am Motor nach sich ziehen.
Um dies zu verhindern, empfiehlt es sich, die originale Kunststoff-Chargepipe gegen eine stabile Aluminium-Chargepipe von uns auszutauschen.

Dieses Set passt für den N54 in allen gängigen Modellen, d.h. E90, E91, E92, E93, E81, E82, E87, E88.

Die Chargepipe ist aus Aluminium gefertigt und wird mit dem serienmäßigen Schubumluftsystem betrieben. (Achtung: Bei anderen Chargepipes muss teilweise ein externes Blow-Off-Ventil gekauft werden.)

Das Set enthält alle zum Einbau benötigten Kleinteile wie z.B. Schläuche und Schlauchschellen und ersetzt das BMW Originalteil mit der folgenden Teilenummer: 13717590306 (beim 3er) bzw. 13717590305 (beim 1er).

Wie auf dem letzten Bild zu sehen ist, passt die Chargepipe optimal auf die Drosselklappe des N54-Motors. Die Passgenauigkeit an dieser Stelle ist bei günstigen Chargepipes von Mitbewerbern oftmals problematisch. Als Kunde stellt man das dann erst beim Einbau fest, was natürlich sehr ärgerlich ist.
