Camber is een bijzonder belangrijk kenmerk van het chassis in driftsporten. De camber op de voorwielen beïnvloedt het gripniveau in de stuurtoestand. Praktische wielvluchtwaarden voor driftvoertuigen liggen meestal in bereiken die niet kunnen worden bereikt met de fabrieksinstellingsopties.
