Geschichte der Essenz

Jedes Jahr werden in der Schweiz mehrere Tonnen reifer Früchte nicht geerntet. Damit das Obst nicht verdirbt, haben wir es uns zur Aufgabe gemacht, es zu verwerten.

Durch Fermentation und Destillation über dem Holzfeuer entsteht aus den kostbaren Früchten eine natürliche Essenz, ganz ohne künstliche Zusätze.

In dieser Flasche stecken mindestens sieben Kilo (bei 500ml-Flasche mindestens fünf Kilo) verarbeitete Früchte – unglaublich, oder? Öffne deine Flasche und koste unsere Essenz!
