Geschichte: Michael Andersen liefert seit 1890 erhabenes dänisches Design und Keramik an engagierte Sammler auf der ganzen Welt, von New York bis Tokio. Michael Andersen (1859-1931) wurde bei Lauritz Hjorth in Rønne auf Bornholm zum Keramiker ausgebildet. Michael Andersen übernahm 1890 Th. Stibolts Keramikunternehmen in Rønne und führte es unter seinem eigenen Namen weiter. Die Ursprünge des Keramikunternehmens reichen bis ins Jahr 1771 zurück. 1935 gewinnt Michael Andersen auf der Weltausstellung in Brüssel (Exposition Universelle et Internationale de Bruxelles) für seine Glasur eine renommierte Goldmedaille und wird dann zu Recht als Meister bezeichnet aus Glasur. Ab 1930 wurde das Stadtwappen von Rønne mit den drei Fischen als Logo verwendet
