Plot Synopsis

Eun-Jae (Choi Ji-Woo) and Hyung-Woo (Yoon Sang-Hyun) have been married for one year. They are both lawyers.

They first met at a baseball game when they happened to have seats next to each other. During the baseball game they kissed and fell in love. Hyung-Woo told Eun-Jae that he wants to become a human rights lawyer. Eun-Jae supports his dream and they opened their own law firm together.

One year later, the thrill is gone in their relationship. Eun-Jae struggles to maintain the law firm alone, while Hyung-Woo helps clients who are not able to pay much for his services. Their interests have also diverged. One day, the couple learns that Eun-Jae did not register their marriage. The next day, Eun-Jae goes to file the proper papers. Eun-Jae is unhappy that Hyung-Woo is so generous to others and wants him to think about her more. Later on, Hyung-Woo's friends, who are a couple, stops by the law firm and the wife, Young-Joo (Jo Mi-Ryung) insists that she wants a divorce. Young-Joo states that her husband Ki-Chan (Kim Jung-Tae) hasn't worked in years and, yet, still gave his family a large sum of money. The married couple start yelling at each other. Ki-Chan states that he borrowed the money from Hyung-Woo.

Meanwhile, Eun-Jae hears of the loan and has had enough. Eun-Jae decides that they need a serious talk. Eun-Jae and Hyung-Woo then book a trip to Japan where they had their honeymoon. Hyung-Woo then mistakenly text messages his itinerary to his mother instead of Eun-Jae. When Hyung-Woo and Eun-Jae arrive at the airport they find Hyung-Woo's mother there as well, believing she was invited to their trip to Japan. Making matters worse Hyung-Woo receives a phone call from his mother-in-law asking to see him immediately and to keep it a secret. Hyung-Woo doesn't know why his wife and his mother-in-law doesn't get along or why he was never formally introduced to his mother-in-law, but he feels obligated to meet her and leaves ...

Helped calm my damaged skin barrier, but expect stinging on very raw skin

I bought this because I severely damaged my skin barrier and needed something gentle that would help my skin calm down and heal. My skin was extremely sensitive, raw, irritated, tight, and honestly uncomfortable even with water touching it. This did help, but I do want to mention that if your skin is VERY damaged or raw, there can be some stinging at first. I experienced that myself during the first few applications. The stinging didn’t last long for me, but I think it’s important to mention because people with damaged barriers are usually desperate for relief and can panic when products sting. What ended up helping me most was using this as part of a simple barrier repair routine instead of using it alone. What I personally did: * Wet my face first with either water or Avène Thermal Spring Water so my skin was damp but not soaking wet * Applied the Avène Cicalfate onto the damp skin * At night, I sealed everything in with CeraVe Healing Ointment (Aquaphor would probably work too) I repeated this every night before bed and sometimes during the day if I was staying home. If I was leaving the house during the day, I would do the same steps but use sunscreen instead of sealing with ointment. I honestly think sunscreen is extremely important when your skin barrier is damaged and trying to heal because irritated skin feels even more sensitive when exposed to sunlight. I used this day and night, very easy to use, and didn’t experience breakouts from it. The texture is thick but comforting once applied, especially when your skin feels dry and stripped. Overall, I would buy this again. I don’t think it’s some overnight miracle product, but it genuinely helped my skin calm down and recover when my barrier was damaged. I personally didn’t notice any strong fragrance, which I appreciated since my skin was already extremely irritated. I also like how versatile this product is. Even though I originally bought it for barrier damage, I can see why people use it for irritation from retinol, over-exfoliating, dry patches, or skin that just feels compromised in general.

Healed my barrier so fast

I received this ampoule yesterday and I'm already leaving a 5 star review after 2 uses because it just worked so well. I bought it because I've recently incorporated the Timeless 20% Vitamin C into my routine and that + my tretinoin made my skin drier than I've ever felt it before, even gently swiping a cotton pad with micellar would sting on some parts of my face. Using more can make my skin slightly oily, so just the right amount works perfectly. For someone with dry skin, results may differ, but for my skin type, it works beautifully. It’s also super affordable, and I’m glad it’s available on Amazon, with occasional great deals at Costco. I appreciate that it’s accessible at this price because this serum helps my skin a lot — very gentle on my acne-prone, sensitive, super oily skin. The serum is super easy to apply with the dropper, which keeps other things from getting into the bottle — it’s perfect for easy, hygienic application. Just note that the bottle is glass, so be careful — it may break if dropped. I’ve only been using it for three weeks, but it’s already a staple. I currently use one bottle, and the other two are extra for long-term use, especially since I got them on a great deal. This is now my main hydration serum, and I’ll update after longer use if needed.
