Das perfekte Einsteiger Bundle für größere Projekte mit dickeren Schichten wie Lampen oder Rivertable. Unser Extreme Epoxidharz wurde speziell für dicke Schichten zwischen 5 und 10cm entwickelt.

Lieferumfang:

  • 7kg Extreme Epoxidharz (ideal für Schichten zwischen 5 und 10cm)
  • 3x großer Rührstab
  • 1x Dissolver-Set (300mm Stab + 3x 75mm Scheiben)
  • 2 Paar Einweghandschuhe
  • 3x Trennklebeband
  • 1x Trennspray
  • 6x 2300ml Mischbecher
  • 1x Isopropanol Reiniger

 

Wichtig: Je höher die Raumtemperatur (>21°C) und je größer die Gussmenge, desto geringer sollte die Gusshöhe gewählt werden. Bei hohen Temperaturen, besonders im Sommer, reagiert Epoxidharz schneller, was unerwünschte Ergebnisse verursachen kann.

Wenn große Mengen, z.B. 30 kg, auf einmal gegossen werden, kann es selbst bei reduzierter Schichthöhe zu Überreaktionen kommen. Daher empfehlen wir, die maximal angegebene Gussstärke zu halbieren oder ein Harzsystem für größere Schichtstärken zu verwenden.

Beachte: Temperatur, Gießvolumen und Schichthöhe sind entscheidend für ein optimales Ergebnis.
