Die neue Li-HD Technologie macht Akkus stark und kompakt: Dichter gepackte Zellen sorgen für weniger Gewicht und schlankere Akkus bei gleicher Leistung. Als Teil des Cordless Alliance System (CAS) lässt sich der 8,0 Ah 18 V Akku an mehr als 110 Maschinen verschiedener Hersteller verwenden: CAS verbindet neun Werkzeughersteller, die die gleiche Akkutechnologie nutzen. Der Akku hat eine lange Lebensdauer durch einen optimalen Schutz vor Verschmutzungen. Durch die Außengummierung ist er zudem sehr robust. Die Kapazitätsanzeige dient zur permanenten Kontrolle des Füllzustands. Er kann lange gelagert werden, da nahezu keine Selbstentladung stattfindet.

I love my 2001 E46 (325i), but one challenge is that the plastics no longer remain "dry" in the summer heat, instead becoming a sticky mess. Picked this up to replace my existing cup-holder. I was optimistic that the black carbon fiber mesh would blend in with my otherwise black interior, but it's not the same shade of black, so the new part looks a bit out of place. No worries, I just need more carbon fiber replacement components! This fits perfectly, snaps into place, and is definitely an improvement over ~25-year old plastic. Great value too, an inexpensive upgrade that has real functional improvements -- items in the cupholder no longer get discolored with "sticky" plastic in the sun.
