Upgrade Turbolader GT1749VA - Stufe "GT1749VB" (180 PS)
(die max. Ladedrücke werden nach dem Kauf mitgeteilt)

Turbolader passt Plug&Play bei allen längs und teils auch quer eingebauten 1.9 TDI Motoren (VW, Audi, Seat und Skoda), welche original einen GT1749VA ohne angegossenen Krümmer verbaut haben.

Für folgende Motorkennbuchstaben passend:
BRE, BRF, BVG, BVF

Dieses Upgrade basiert auf Teilen des GT1749VB Turboladers, welchen es ursprünglich nur bei 150 PS und 160 PS Motoren der Golf IV Plattform gab.

Keine Anpassungsarbeiten nötig. Abgasgehäuse und Verdichtergehäuse sind äußerlich original.

Änderungen:

  • Abgasgehäuse und Verdichtergehäuse mechanisch bearbeitet
  • doppelte Kolbenringabdichtung (Verdichterseite)
  • Spaltmaß optimiert
  • größere Turbine mit verstärktem Schaft
  • größerer Verdichter
  • bearbeitete VTG
  • verstärkter Lagersatz (mit Sonderteilen aus eigener Fertigung)
  • neuer Dichtsatz
  • neue Unterdruckdose
  • Justagearbeiten
  • VSR Wuchten (Protokoll liegt bei)

Die mögliche Leistung wird nur mit zusätzlichen Änderungen am Motor + Softwareanpassung erreicht.

Great Value - Use the right adhesive and they are crystal clear

These are generally pretty good. Some have rough edges from the mold, but there's not too many in the pack that are like that. Each come shipped in a bag. DO NOT USE GORILLA GLUE IMPACT TOUGH SUPER GLUE to seal these. They cloud the plastic. I used JB WELD LIGHT ACTIVATED and it worked perfectly. Model glue probably works too, but I haven't tried that yet. Less is more.
