Texit's DRT wire markers are best suited for wire marking, as well as for marking thin cables and wires. The DRT wire markers are made of flexible PET (polyethylene terephthalate) plastic. This material is very suitable for printing by thermal transfer printer. In addition, the PET film of the wire markers is very temperature resistant and can be used permanently in a temperature range from -79 up to +125 degrees Celsius. When using the optimal ribbon and printer, you will achieve a permanently legible (>10 years) cable labeling with the wire labeling.

Color & Size

In our standard range, DRT wire marking is available in white and yellow. The sizes vary from 22,9mm x 5,2mm up to 41mm x 11mm. More information about the size can be found in the product list above on the website. Products from our standard range are usually in stock in our warehouse. Therefore, our standard delivery time is only 3 to 5 business days. Look forward to excellent results when labeling wires and cores.

Wire labeling fastening

The DRT wire markers are cable markers for sliding on. The marking can be easily printed from the roll and then threaded onto the corresponding wires and cables.

1. Separate the printed wire label from the roll. To do this, you can simply detach the individual markers at the perforation.

2. Now slide the wire label, through the holes on the side, onto the corresponding wire / cable / core.

3. Through this the markers are already attached. Additional cable ties or glue is not necessary. Benefit from this simple solution for long-term wire marking during subsequent maintenance.

Wire marking control cabinets

Wire marking is very important, especially in control cabinets. There, many thin cables, single wires and wires are connected and must be marked permanently legible. DRT wire marking is particularly suitable for this purpose. They are optimized for use with small cable diameters and, as a labeling system, do not require any additional cable ties or adhesives (unlike labels or cable markers).
