Introducing the Patrik RACE HA sail.

ALL IMPROVED PURE FOIL RACING SAIL FOR SLALOM AND COURSE RACING.

OVERVIEW

After the amazing success of the Foil S2, it wasn't easy to design a foil sail that performs better in all aspects and isn't just different. With the intense combined efforts of our entire R&D crew and sail designer Patrik Diethelm, we successfully completed this honestly difficult mission and far exceeded our own expectations. Based on the revolutionary concept of the Foil S2, the all-new RACE HA outperforms everything we've ever seen in foil racing. "HA" stands for "high aspect" and the even more extreme high aspect design has been the key to even more efficiency, more control, more top speed, and more overall performance. The redesigned lower foot balances the sail out for perfect flight stability. Backhand pressure has been carefully reduced further to give you a more neutral sail in the gusts while the low-end of the sail has been improved. As the sail sizes get smaller, we carefully shifted the design goal from pure course racing in the big sizes to slalom and speed slalom and long distance in the smallest sizes. One set of foil sails that does it all for you!

If you want the most advanced foil racing sail out there, then look no further and try the new RACE HA for Foil Course Racing, Foil Slalom and Foil Speed.
Ride the exact same sail as our PWA pros Michele Becker, Alex Cousin, Marion Mortefon, and Noah Vinther.

WHAT'S NEW?

The new Race HA is based on our world cup race winning Foil Sail the Foil S2.
The following improvements have been implemented to create a sail that is even better to control, has a wider wind range, improved low-end AND extended high-end. We are extremely proud and happy to present you a new sail that beats its predecessor in all aspects and is a real beauty on top:

More high aspect ratio (longer luff, same boom length)
Lower foot for improved efficiency (close the gap)
Steeper batten angles for better release characteristics
Wider sleeve at the top for more power and improved aerodynamics
Lighter construction for better jibing and easier handling
3 top batten tensioners in the front to reduce swing weight
New graphics with widely improved view area for the rider

CONSTRUCTION

. The sail construction has been carefully optimized to save weight where you feel it the most without Compromising on the stiff frame of the sail, which creates the incredible power and control our racing sails have.
The three top batten tensioners have been moved to the front to reduce the swing weight at the leech and let the top part of the sail breathe more freely.
Reinforcements have been optimized and new materials have been chosen to bring you the perfect strength-to-weight ratio. Our sails will last you many, many races and sessions without wearing and stretching and without becoming impossible to ride after only months like some competitors' ultra-light sails. With PATRIK, you buy a solid, quality-built sail that has been designed with Swiss precision and has been fully tested in detail by our R&D team.

Worked for Volvo Penta SX Gimbal Bearing
Very heavy tool, I was surprised. Pulled my bearing like it was nothing. Putting the new bearing in was a little more difficult as you have to drill a hole in the engine alignment shaft where it will work for your particular outdrive. Not hard, but it does not come pre-drilled as the required depth for each particular gimbal bearing differs by manufacturer and model. Measure your bearing placement before removal and check that it was installed correctly in the first place. The bearing should line up with the grease fitting and the o-rings on the drive shaft should end up riding in the middle of the bearing. once you have your measurement drill the hole, I used a drill press. I suppose you could use it on multiple outdrive models as long as you can drill more holes.

Great value
This kit worked perfectly on my Alpha one mercury outdrive. I saw a lot of people mention that it was a hassle to drill the hole when you better have all this alignment stuff. I threw it in use my regular drill drill guide and then the second hole was lined up. Pulling Gimble be very easy. I did have to adjust it up at an angle because my bearing was sitting in their crooked and it came out the second time I made the adjustment to the angle. I would highly recommend this.

Unfinished product - doesn't work - waste of money
in order to use this as an installation tool the directions tell you to drill a hole through the 2 inch steel rod..... either this hole should already be drilled, or this should not be advertised as an installation tool..... it will not install any bearings without extensive modification and requires the use of a drill press or a lathe. very dissatisfied that I now have to buy ANOTHER tool just to finish this job because this one doesn't do what it's described to do.... piece of junk... typical amazon garbage.... this is why I haven't used amazon in over a year... they rip you off with garbage.... I should have known better .... don't buy this junk .... Now they say 20 -30 days to get my refund .... Don't waste your time

Good tool, but must be hand drilled to accept bearing installation cup
Good tool, but you have to drill a hole in the bearing installation rod to accept the cross bolt that locks the bearing installation cup onto the rod.
