Die Varia VS6 Grinder Black ist für den Einsatz im professionellen Umfeld und für anspruchsvolle Home-Baristas geeignet. Sie kombiniert präzise Technik mit hochwertigen Materialien und vielseitigen Einstellungsmöglichkeiten für verschiedene Brühmethoden.

Das Gehäuse besteht aus CNC-gefrästem Aluminium mit hoher Maßgenauigkeit. Die Mühle verfügt über ein 58-mm-Flachmahlwerk aus Edelstahl, optional ist ein 63-mm-Kegelmahlwerk erhältlich. Die Mahlgradeinstellung erfolgt stufenlos in Schritten von 5 Mikron, wodurch eine feine Anpassung an unterschiedliche Extraktionsmethoden möglich ist.

Ein bürstenloser 300-Watt-Motor sorgt für leisen Betrieb und gleichmäßige Drehzahlen im Bereich von 500–1600 U/min. Die Drehzahl kann über ein LED-Display mit Touch-Bedienung und Vibrationsfeedback geregelt werden.

Weitere Merkmale sind die antistatische Ionisationstechnologie zur Reduktion von Kaffeemehl-Rückständen, magnetische Verbindungselemente zur vereinfachten Reinigung und ein umfangreiches Zubehörpaket, inklusive Transportkoffer und Dosierbecher.
