Cajamarca ist die größte Kaffeeanbauregion Perus. Dort sorgen warme Tage und sehr kühle Nächte für ein langsames Wachstum der Kaffeekirschen, was zu härteren, aromatischeren Bohnen führt – ideale Bedingungen für hochwertigen Kaffee.

Der Kaffee stammt von der Kooperative El Gran Mirador, ist bio- und Fairtrade-zertifiziert und wird sorgfältig von Hand geerntet, entpulpt, fermentiert, gewaschen und getrocknet.

Dank der vielfältigen Klimazonen gedeihen in Peru zahlreiche Varietäten, darunter Bourbon, Typica, Caturra, Pache, Mundo Novo, Catuai und Catimor. Zudem besitzt das Land eine starke Tradition im ökologischen Anbau und ist heute der weltweit führende Produzent von Biokaffee.

Had an immediate and significant positive effect on my facial rosacea. Symptoms have reduced by approximately 80% over the course of a month or so, greatly reduced the frequency of uncomfortable social situations and associated ruminations. Excellent value for money as well, but if you have facial hair you will end up using a little extra every wash. Sulfur based products reduce my rosacea, but cause an excessive amount of exfoliation on my face several hours after washing. Azelaic acid did not seem to aggravate my skin in that way. It's probably worth trying this one first, I was prepared to seek medical intervention to stop this.
