Recovery Drink von SPONSER® ist ein schmackhaftes Kohlenhydrat-Protein Regenerationsgetränk.
Es enthält kurz- und langkettige Kohlenhydrate, welche deine Glykogenspeicher nach der Belastung optimal auffüllen. Der Proteinanteil basiert auf Molke-Eiweiss (Whey Protein) und Casein, welche die Regeneration deiner Muskulatur unterstützen.
Recovery Drink ist dein idealer Begleiter für unterwegs. Der praktische Portionenbeutel passt in jede Sporttasche und kann einfach in Trinkflasche oder Shaker zubereitet werden.
Hochwertige Zutaten
Molkeprotein-Isolat aus Cross-Flow Microfiltration liefert konzentriertes, naturbelassenes Protein mit einem BCAA Anteil von 25% (3.06 g BCAA/Port.). Zusätzlich angereichert mit den freien Aminosäuren Leucin (1.8 g/Port.) und Glutamin (1.3 g/Port.) sowie Vitaminen und Mineralstoffen. Magnesium und Calcium leisten einen Beitrag zur normalen Muskelfunktion.

Einsatzbereich
Für optimale Wirkung bzgl. Regeneration empfehlen wir die Einnahme so kurz als möglich nach der Belastung. Für einen höheren Anteil an Eiweiss ideal kombinierbar mit Amino 12500.
Auch als flüssiger Kohlenhydrat- und Proteinlieferant ca. eine Stunde vor der Belastung einsetzbar. Verträglichkeit vor dem Wettkampfeinsatz vorgängig im Training austesten.
Anwendung
Innerhalb einer Stunde vor (Kohlenhydratspeicher füllen) und/oder nach Belastung (Regeneration) einnehmen
Hinweis: 1-2 Portionen täglich.
Zusätzlich zu einer abwechslungsreichen und ausgewogenen Ernährung und einer gesunden Lebensweise.
Zubereitung
Beutel (60 g) oder ca. 3 Messlöffel in 300-500 ml kaltes Wasser einrühren oder im Shaker zubereiten.
