This machine is amazing. We just returned from Italy and this is as close to a cafe as you can get. It leaves a dense foam on top from the high pressure water system making truly authentic. Great espresso machine, and a bargain at only $100! Pulls perfect shots with a generous amount of crema. And, it comes with a high-quality tamper. Tips: When you first turn it on, remember to run the steam wand for a couple seconds to prime the system. Test/experiment with the grind to get it just right--40 seconds with my blade grinder is working for me.
