Ein Kazan ist ein schwerer, traditioneller, gusseiserner Topf und ein exakt passender Deckel mit dem man überall kochen, braten, schmoren, frittieren, dünsten und backen kann. Egal ob Feuerstelle, Grillplatz oder Lagerfeuer, er ist mobil und flexibel einsetzbar.

Der Kazan reguliert dank seiner hohen Masse (Gusseisen) ungleichmäßige Hitze und ermöglicht so ein gleichmäßiges Garen.

Die Kazans von BBQ-Toro sind bereits eingebrannt und können sofort genutzt werden. Dem Lieferumfang liegt eine detaillierte Anleitung bei, sollte nach Nutzung ein erneutes Einbrennen notwendig sein.

Egal ob Feuerstelle, Grillplatz oder Lagerfeuer, der Gusstopf ist mobil und flexibel einsetzbar. Ideal passt der Kazan in einen Utschaka, auf eine Feuertonne oder einen Raketenofen.

Im Kazan gelingen so kinderleicht Gerichte wie, die typisch russische Reispfanne Plov, eine Uha (Fischsuppe) und vieles mehr. Der Kazan eignet sich, dank seiner Form, auch ideal für die Asiatische Küche.

Infos zum Einbrennen
Der Kazan von BBQ-Toro ist bereits eingebrannt und kann sofort genutzt werden. Falls ein erneutes Einbrennen nötig ist: Reinigen Sie hierfür den Kazan mit heißem Wasser. Reiben Sie diesen anschließend mit geschmacksneutralem, pflanzlichen Fett (z.B. Kokosfett) ein. Stellen Sie den Kazan kopfüber, eine Stunde bei 200 °C, in den Backofen (oder besser, draußen in einen heißen Kugelgrill). Verreiben Sie verbliebenes Fett. Fertig. Diese Behandlung regelmäßig wiederholen, damit sich die Poren füllen und der Kazan optimal vor Rost geschützt wird.

Infos zur Reinigung/Pflege
Für die Reinigung reicht heißes Wasser - gröbere Speisereste mit einer Bürste abschrubben. Benutzen Sie niemals Seife oder scharfe Reinigungsmittel. Diese zerstören die Fettschicht und der Kazan muss dann neu eingebrannt werden (siehe oben). Heben Sie im Kazan keine Speisereste auf. Entfernen Sie Asche umgehend nach der Benutzung, da dies sonst in Verbindung mit Feuchtigkeit Rost begünstigt.

Infos zur Aufbewahrung
Mit gutem Speiseöl einfetten und in Küchenpapier legen. So übersteht der Kazan auch längere Aufbewahrungszeiten spielend.

Flavor/Scent May Not Be Very Strong
My pup is picky about toys and the only ones that hold his interest are mostly the scented rubber toys from Playology, They’re great, but expensive, and I was really hoping this would be a cheaper alternative. It really looked like the kind of toy he likes. It’s heavy rubber with a softer texture than the hard toys out there, and it had a lot of surface grooves that lets him grip it with his teeth easily. I gave it to him and he was excited for all of 30 seconds, then he discarded it and hasn’t looked at it since. I suspect the flavor/scent may not be as strong but that’s just a guess. I don’t know if it’s a flaw in the toy or simply a picky pup, so I hesitate to rate this down for that. It does look like a really nice toy and if your dog isn’t a jerk like mine it may be great, and it’s definitely a good price.

Heavy duty rubber bone
This bone is really heavy duty. It's got a groove down the middle of you you can put your pups favorite lickable treat. My 36 lb aussie enjoyed chewing on this and was nibbling the ends. This bone has held up to her chewing it with only a couple little pieces coming off.

Big hit with my super chewer.
Here’s an expanded, Amazon-friendly version that keeps a natural, human tone while adding helpful detail: This is a truly heavy-duty chew bone and a great option for aggressive chewers. The first thing I noticed when I took it out of the package was the weight. It’s solid and well made, so it definitely feels like it’s built to last. Because of that, I would recommend being mindful when handing it to your dog and avoiding tossing or dropping it on hard floors or toes. My dog, Yukon, was instantly thrilled with it. Immediate Hit With My Power Chewer!
Immediate hit. Like, didn’t even make it fully out of the package before my dog was sniffling around the package, all excited. I have a serious chewer, the kind that treats most toys like a personal challenge. This one has actually held up. It’s firm and tough, but not rock hard like those nylon bones that make me nervous about teeth. There’s a little bit of give to it, which I like. The beef flavor must be legit because he keeps going back to it. This isn’t one of those toys that gets ignored after five minutes. He’s been happily gnawing on it and hasn’t managed to destroy it yet, which honestly says a lot in this house. I also like the shape and texture. It’s easy for him to hold, and the ridges seem to keep him engaged longer. Bonus points if it’s helping his teeth even a little, because chewing is already his favorite hobby. No toy is truly indestructible, but this has definitely earned its place in the “worth buying again” category. If you’ve got a medium to large dog who lives to chew, this one’s a solid win.

Great Chew Toy for Destructive Dogs
I got this toy for our lab/pit mix, who tends to destroy most chew toys. He seems to really enjoy it so far, preferring it over his other toys. I'm not sure if it’s just the novelty of a new toy, or whether he actually likes the "real beef flavor," but either way, he's definitely into it. I’ve noticed some small teeth marks in the rubber, but nothing that concerns me too much at this point. My kids thought it looked pretty gross when I first pulled it out, which always makes me laugh! Overall, I'm very satisfied with the toy’s performance so far. It seems durable and I hope it lasts a long time--based on how things are going, I think it will. It's definitely worth the price.
