Mit einer 4 - 15 cm großen Körnung haben die Kohlenstücke eine Brenndauer von 4 - 5 Stunden. Dadurch ist diese Grillkohle besonders gut für den Einsatz in Restaurants und Profiküchen geeignet.

Mit ihrer langen Glutphase erlaubt die Kohle das Grillen zahlreicher Steaks und unterschiedlichster Speisen, ohne ständig nachlegen zu müssen. Gleichzeitig sorgt der minimale Funkenflug für eine sichere Handhabung.

Die Holzkohle wird in den Provinzen Santiago del Estero und Chaco aus dem Holz des Quebrachobaumes in Paraguay hergestellt. Die Kohle zeichnet sich durch in gutes Anzündverhalten, sehr langanhaltende, rauchfreie Glut, starke Hitzeentwicklung und ein kräftiges holzig-, angenehmes Grillaroma aus.

Da die Grillkohle nahezu vollständig verbrennt und nur eine Restasche von maximal 4 % zurückbleibt, ist der Reinigungsaufwand nach dem Grillen minimal.
