High-quality PVC film has high conformability, which is why Texit labels adhere very well even on difficult surfaces (e.g. uneven and rough surfaces). Thanks to the already attached permanent acrylic adhesive, the PVC labels are self-adhesive.

Due to the use of soft PVC, the polyvinyl chloride labels are not only resistant to environmental influences, water, oil and other fats, but also inexpensive to purchase. However, the PVC labels have these properties only if they are printed with the appropriate thermal transfer printing system. If the labels are printed accordingly, they are suitable for use both indoors and outdoors, as they can withstand temperatures from -30 to +90 degrees Celsius without any problems.

PVC labels on roll

Our PVC labels are delivered on a roll. This has the advantage that the material (the PVC film) can be easily inserted into the thermal transfer printer. The labels are together with the adhesive on the carrier material and can be inserted as a whole into the printer. In addition, Texit PVC industrial labels are continuous material, which can only be supplied on a roll. The advantage of this material is that you can create different label sizes from one roll.

PVC labels printer

The PVC labels made of soft PVC are best printed with a thermal transfer printing system. This creates a high-quality marking, which has high resistance to water, oil and high temperatures and is therefore also suitable for use outdoors (of course also indoors). In addition to the appropriate thermal transfer printer, you will also need a thermal transfer ribbon. For the PVC foil we recommend the use of our resin thermal transfer foil.
